Presentamos el Anuario del Centro de Investigación de Agroindustria (CIA), un documento destinado a compartir los avances, resultados y logros que marcaron nuestro trabajo durante el año 2025. El CIA está integrado por el Instituto de Ingeniería Rural (IIR) y el Instituto Tecnología de Alimentos (ITA), y forma parte del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (CNIA) del INTA. Nuestra misión es contribuir a la innovación y al desarrollo sostenible del Sistema Agroalimentario y Agrobioindustrial (SAAB) mediante procesos participativos, a través de la investigación científica y el desarrollo tecnológico de alta calidad. Durante este año consolidamos estrategias para potenciar nuestras capacidades científicas y tecnológicas, impulsar la innovación aplicada y afianzar los puentes entre conocimiento, competitividad y sostenibilidad. Creemos en una relación estratégica y duradera entre ciencia e industria: una que transforme el saber en desarrollo real y tangible. Nuestros ejes fundamentales de trabajo incluyen: promover el bienestar, la formación y la equidad laboral, desarrollar talentos y generar conocimiento y tecnología para fortalecer el SAAB y la sostenibilidad de las cadenas agroindustriales. Promovemos la comunicación responsable que visibiliza los conocimientos e innovaciones del CIA para fortalecer su posicionamiento en el ámbito científico‑tecnológico, consolidando vínculos en todos los niveles. Este anuario resume las actividades y resultados obtenidos en los ejes estratégicos del Centro: investigación y desarrollo, transferencia y extensión, vinculación tecnológica, relaciones institucionales, información y comunicación. Cada logro refleja el trabajo comprometido de nuestros equipos y el aporte de quienes colaboraron con nosotros durante el año.
We present the Annual Report of the Agroindustry Research Center (CIA), a document intended to share the progress, results, and achievements that defined our work during 2025. The CIA is composed of the Institute of Rural Engineering (IIR) and the Institute of Food Technology (ITA), and it is part of INTA’s National Agricultural Research Center (CNIA). Our mission is to contribute to innovation and the sustainable development of the Agri-food and Agrobioindustrial System (SAAB) through participatory processes, scientific research, and high-quality technological development. Throughout this year, we consolidated strategies to enhance our scientific and technological capabilities, drive applied innovation, and strengthen the bridges between knowledge, competitiveness, and sustainability. We believe in a strategic and lasting relationship between science and industry: one that transforms knowledge into real and tangible development. Our fundamental pillars of work include: promoting well-being, training, and labor equity; developing talent; and generating knowledge and technology to strengthen the SAAB and the sustainability of agro-industrial chains. We promote responsible communication that highlights the CIA's knowledge and innovations to strengthen its positioning in the scientific-technological field, consolidating links at all levels. This report summarizes the activities and results obtained within the Center’s strategic axes: research and development, transfer and extension, technological linkage, institutional relations, information, and communication. Each achievement reflects the committed work of our teams and the contribution of those who collaborated with us during the year.
