La Memoria Anual 2025 del Centro de Investigación de Agroindustria (CIA) es una invitación a conocer y valorar el compromiso, la dedicación y los logros de las personas que integran nuestro centro. El CIA forma parte del Centro Nacional de Investigaciones Agropecuarias (CNIA) del INTA y articula el trabajo de dos Institutos —el Instituto de Ingeniería Rural y el Instituto Tecnología de Alimentos— con el objetivo de promover el agregado de valor en la producción agroalimentaria y agrobioindustrial, y de fortalecer la competitividad de las cadenas de valor. Esta memoria refleja no solo el esfuerzo sostenido de sus equipos técnicos y científicos, sino también el rol de sus directores, coordinadores y responsables de equipos en la conducción de personas, proyectos, convenios e iniciativas estratégicas. El CIA se distingue por impulsar una cultura de innovación orientada al desarrollo sostenible, en articulación con universidades, industrias, empresas y la sociedad, así también con centros regionales y de investigación del INTA y con organismos públicos y privados, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional.
The 2025 Annual Report of the Agroindustry Research Center (CIA) is an invitation to learn about and appreciate the commitment, dedication, and achievements of the people who make up our center. The CIA is part of the National Center for Agricultural Research (CNIA) of INTA and coordinates the work of two Institutes—the Institute of Rural Engineering and the Institute of Food Technology—with the aim of promoting value-added activities in agri-food and agrobioindustrial production and strengthening the competitiveness of value chains. This report reflects not only the sustained effort of its technical and scientific teams, but also the role of its directors, coordinators, and team leaders in managing people, projects, agreements, and strategic initiatives. The CIA is distinguished by fostering a culture of innovation geared toward sustainable development, in collaboration with universities, industries, businesses, and society, as well as with INTA's regional and research centers and with public and private organizations, both nationally and internationally.
