"Director of the Institute of European Law and Legal Culture in Bayreuth. Director of the Centre for Research in European Constitutional Law. Doctor Honoris Causa from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (Greece, 1994) and the University of Granada (Spain, 2000), and from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru in Lima. He has been a visiting professor at Italian, Spanish, Swiss, Greek, Austrian, Polish, Ukrainian, and Japanese universities and has lectured in many countries and cities throughout Europe, as well as in Latin America and Africa. He has been a Fellow of the Berlin College of Science and has received numerous decorations, including the Order of Merit of the Italian Republic in the rank of Grand Officer and the Cross of Merit with Sash of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany. Since 1983 (vol. XXXII), he has been editor of the Jährbuch des Öffentlichen Rechts der Gegenwart (Yearbook of Public Law of the Present, new era) and is also Professor Häberle, a corresponding member of the Philadelphia Constitution Foundation and the Academies of Sciences of Heidelberg and Bavaria, as well as a member of the German and Swiss Associations of Constitutional Law, and of the Academia Scientiarum et Artium Europaea. He will visit Argentina for the first time in April 2007, at the invitation of the Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, Professor Atilio A. Alterini."\nEnviar comentarios
