The Future Engineering Leaders Scholarship (FELS) is a joint effort from different countries to offer scholarships to undergraduate engineering students whose native language is other than English. It is an opportunity for students to take part in an immersion English program that aims at developing both the English language and skills such as critical thinking, teamwork, leadership and cultural awareness.
