AbstractBetween market performance and social exclusion. Young argentine workers under the policies ofpresident Javier Milei’s Government Based on research conducted in Greater Buenos Aires, the authors analyze how President Milei’s anarchocapitalist approach redefines inclusion and exclusion. Tracing Argentina’s evolution from oligarchic rule to Peronism, Macri’s regime, and now the “chainsaw adjustment”, it appears that young workers are reimagining effort and survival, reconfiguring citizenship around merit and market performance.Keywords: Argentina, Milei, inclusion, exclusion, youth people.
A partir de una investigación realizada en el Gran Buenos Aires, los autores analizan cómo el enfoque anarco-capitalista del presidente Milei redefine la inclusión y la exclusión. Al rastrear la evolución de Argentina, del gobierno oligárquico al peronismo, el macrismo y, ahora, el “ajuste de la motosierra”, parece que los jóvenes trabajadores están reimaginando el esfuerzo y la supervivencia, reconfigurando la ciudadanía en torno al mérito y al desempeño en el mercado.
Basato su un lavoro di ricerca condotto nella Grande Buenos Aires, gli autori analizzano come l’approccio anarco-capitalista del presidente Milei ridefinisca inclusione ed esclusione. Ripercorrendo i cambiamenti argentini dal regime oligarchico al peronismo, al macrismo e ora all’“aggiustamento della motosega”, sembra emergere che i giovani lavoratori reinventino sforzo e sopravvivenza focalizzando il concetto di cittadinanza sul merito e sui successi di mercato.
