Por medio de relevamientos y entrevistas realizadas en la ciudad de Colón, se detectaron tres problemáticas principales, las cuales se resolvieron en el presente trabajo a nivel de anteproyecto. Por un lado, se resolvió la problemática que afecta actualmente a la Cuenca Lantelme, en la cual se dispusieron y dimensionaron las distintas estructuras hidráulicas para evitar la inundación de la misma, permitiendo así, la correcta desembocadura en el Arroyo La Leche. Por otro lado, mediante distintos cálculos y procedimientos se resolvió la segunda intersección de ingreso y egreso a la ciudad, analizando 4 alternativas y comparando el impacto que cada una de ellas produciría para así optar por una intersección con isletas canalizadoras y carriles auxiliares para giros. Además, se le dió solución a la problemática deportiva y social mediante un centro deportivo, el cual posee estadio para practicar deportes como básquet, vóley, handball, etc; una pileta semiolímpica, pista de atletismo y 3 SUMs, siendo la estructura de estas instalaciones del tipo metálica. Finalmente, mediante análisis de matriz de ponderación, se llevó a proyecto ejecutivo esta última, realizando el cálculo completo de un pórtico de la estructura metálica que contempla la nave industrial del estadio, junto con los pliegos de especificaciones técnicas correspondientes, estudio de impacto ambiental y análisis financiero. By means of surveys carried out through various interviews in the city of Colón, there have been detected three main issues which have been solved in such work at a preliminary project level. On one hand, the issue which was currently affecting the Cuenca Lantelme has been solved, in which the different hydraulic structures have been provided and dimensioned in order to avoid the flooding of the area, thereby enabling the right mouth of Arroyo La Leche. On the other hand, by means of different calculations and procedures it has been solved the second intersection of the entry of the city, analyzing 4 alternatives and comparing the impact that each of them would produce so as to opt for an intersection with islands and auxiliary lanes. Also, we have found a solution to sports and social issues through a sport center which possesses a stadium in order to practice sports such as basketball, volleyball, handball, etc.; a semi- olympic pool, an athletics track and 3 multiuse rooms, being the structures of the facilities made of steel. Finally, through a weighing matrix analysis the preliminary project has been taken to the executive project which has done the complete calculation of the portico of the steel structure that the stadium possesses, together with the corresponding technical specification documents, the environmental impact study and the financial analysis.
